At Perfect Limo, our customers are our highest priority. That is why we intentionally exceed legal and industry standards in everything we do.

• New Jersey state law requires that limousine services maintain $1.5 million in liability insurance per vehicle. We maintain $5 million in insurance per vehicle.
• State law requires that you have certain safety features in your vehicle, including push-to-talk radios, first aid kits and safety triangles. We go far above that. All of our vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art GPS systems that allow us to track the specific location of our vehicles every two minutes. Additionally, our GPS system also has a connection to the car’s computer that allows us to have continuous diagnosis of the vehicle’s operation.
• Perfect Limo was among the leaders in installing DriveCam technology in our fleet. These small video cameras, mounted under the car’s rear view mirror, are triggered by G-forces during sudden stops or abrupt movement. The camera produces both an audio and video record of the event.
• For years, we have been conducting checks of our chauffeur driving records as well as backgrounds. Now, all of our chauffeurs are additionally certified by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission through its own checks. Pre-employment, random and post-accident substance abuse tests help to maintain the integrity of our drug-free workplace policy. All chauffeurs are taught the Rules of the Road by our own in-house Trainer. Their training includes safety procedures, vehicle maintenance, traffic laws and techniques to make our customers comfortable during their rides.
• Our vehicles are meticulously maintained with daily car washes, frequent detailing, oil changes every 3,000 miles and mechanical repairs whenever a problem is discovered. Chauffeurs complete daily maintenance and safety checklists of their vehicles. Since we travel frequently into New York City, we maintain a New York base license through the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (NYCTLC). Most of our vehicles are certified for New York operations and chauffeurs who frequently drive in the city are licensed by the NYCTLC. Our computerized reservation/dispatching/accounting system is state-of-the-art.
• We maintain hundreds of individual profiles on our customers so we can tailor reservations to their needs. We have also categorized hundreds of frequently locations as “landmarks” to reduce the time to take a reservation.
• Built into our system is Flightview Technology that allows us to check the accuracy of flight information given during the reservation process as well as monitor the schedules of arriving flights.
• All vehicles have E-Z Pass transponders for the automatic payment of tolls and airport parking fees.
