That's correct SEO, I didn't mean CEO. Search Engine Optimization. Better known as "where the freak are you, on a Google search?"
Did you ever search your name to see what happens? I do John Sutich, no middle intial. Well, this search got me ahead of my cousin from Boston. Sometimes he's first, this time it was me. He played baseball in college so sometimes that gets more draw. Now my son's name is popping up in the search amongst the two of us because of his Facebook page. Three John Sutich's; there is fourth, but he is well past the computer age. What happens if your name is John Smith? I'll tell you. The average John Smith get's on page, who know's where, because John Smith, Admiral of New England, who was a English soldier, explorer and author dominates the Google pages.
Now as the owner of Perfect Limo Service, Inc., which I hope you know because of the website you are reading this blog on, has to find ways for people, who don't know us( not you the reader) but others who aren't as blessed to have been associated with Perfect Limo Service, Inc, to find key words in articles such as this, as an example, to get us more attention on a Google search. Nice sentence! Was it rambling or coherent? Oh, forget it, it doesn't matter! This not about my English grammar. This is about SEO.
We tried three differant searches. "Car service in northern New Jersey", "car service in Bergen County" and "party bus in Montvale".Well, we have no idea where we wound up because after page two, we stopped looking. You would think though, that the fact that we are located in Montvale, we have a 26-passenger luxury limo party bus, that on the third search we would rise to the top. (Buzzer sound) Wrong!!! We didn't make pages one or two. What else is needed to become top dogs. Money? That's what I always thought. Now I am being told "word's" get you noticed. But to find the right words, you need a marketing person to choose the magic words. Which, go ahead and say it, costs money". So, I am right it costs money.
I read an article about this subject. I'm not an expert, but I read a little. Blog's such as this, that are a certain length, key words on the web page, doing stuff on You Tube, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter and anything associated with the internet, are supposed to be key's to getting you the best, SEO. In the begining of the website, my web designer, Adam John of Sterling Solutions, kept telling me to write about Perfect Limo and the fleet. I continued to do stories about crap, basically. Then one day, I read this article on the Bergen County Score website, and it finally clicked in about what Adam wanted me to write about. I think I got better, but not enough to rise us up the Google social ladder.
So, I will continue to write a whole bunch of jibberish, but I will also start flooding the pages about Perfect Limo Service, Inc. and our business. I will continue to tell you about being in business for 27 years now, and how we operate a very diverse fleet of vehicles. I did mention the limo bus, but here we go again. We have a beautiful "PARTY BUS" that can be used for anything from nights on the town, trips to Atlantic City, to bachelor and bachelorette parties, to weddings, tailgating, pizza tours in NYC, ice cream runs, kid parties and just about anything else you can find 25 other people to do something with.. And it even has a toilet! And besides being located in Montvale, we service Mahwah, Paramus, Hackensack, New York City, the Tri-State area, Bergen County, Hudson County, Northern New Jersey and on and on. On and on is, Park Ridge, Pearl River, Woodcliff Lake, Fort Lee...........
White limousines, silver limousines, Navigator limousines, vans SUV's, you name it we got it. Geez, I almost forgot, we do service the corporate world with modern Lincoln Town Car, long door executive sedans.
I think besides my blogs, advertising, key words on the website and more social media, I may have to invest some money for the SEO.My goal is to become the top search when you search for "limousines".
Stay tuned.
