The New York Metropolitan Area has one of the largest concentrations of travel hubs than anywhere else in the world. There are seven major airports, three major train terminals and three major seaports.
It can sometimes be very confusing to find your chauffeur when traveling into this area, so we have prepared this guide to help you understand each transportation hub and find your Chauffeur easily.
Airports
John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
JFK Airport is one of the largest and busiest international airports in the world. Located in Jamaica, Queens, it is approximately 45 to 50 minutes from Lower Manhattan depending on traffic conditions. It is the busiest international air passenger gateway in the United States and the 12th busiest airport in the world. Last year, the airport handled more than 46 million passengers.
Some 90 airlines operate from JFK. It is the major base for Jet Blue Airways and an important gateway for Delta and American Airlines. JFK has eight passenger terminals containing 151 gates. Please see the link below to give you specific information about airline locations and telephone numbers.
MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR: Since JFK serves both international and domestic passengers, here is the general rule of thumb. If you are arriving internationally, we will generally meet you outside the Customs Hall. Look for our familiar blue sign with your name on it. If you are traveling domestically, we will meet you at baggage claim.
Of course, there are always some exceptions. For Jet Blue pickups, you should get your luggage at baggage claim and proceed outside to the pickup area. Call us toll-free at 1-800-666-7819 and our car will leave the “Cell Phone Parking Area” and pick you up at the door. It is a quarter of a mile walk for us to meet you in baggage claim. At Terminal 3 (Delta), the arrival area is a telephone dead zone. Look for the Perfect sign in baggage claim. Unfortunately, you cannot telephone us ... and we can’t receive calls.

A Warning for International Travellers
International airports like JFK and Newark Liberty are notorious for unlicensed chauffeurs illegally soliciting passengers for rides. Always make sure the person who represents himself as your chauffeur works for the company you hired. Ask for positive identification; otherwise, you could be the victim of a fraud and they will try to get outrageous fees from you.
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
Newark Airport is located in both Newark and Elizabeth, New Jersey. It is one of the oldest airports in the world, starting service in 1935 when Amelia Earhart dedicated the nation’s first commercial terminal. Located approximately 50 minutes from Manhattan, the airport has a 423-acre Central Terminal area with three major terminals: A, B and C.
Continental Airlines maintains a major hub at Newark with aircraft departing for domestic destinations from Terminal A and both domestic and international flights from Terminal C. Continental has its own Customs clearance facility in Terminal C. Terminal B is the international arrivals building for most other airlines with some domestic travel as well.
MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR: For international arrivals, you can meet your Chauffeur right outside the Customs Halls in Terminals B and C. For domestic arrivals, proceed to the lower arrival level baggage claim area. You will see Chauffeurs lined up waiting for you at the bottom of the escalators.
Please be aware that Carousels 1 and 2 in Terminal C are in a cellular dead zone.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
LaGuardia Airport is located in Queens, New York, roughly 30 to 45 minutes from Manhattan. It sprawls over 680 acres and has 72 gates. It has four main terminals: Central Terminal, US Airways Terminal, Delta Airlines Terminal and Marine Air Terminal (also known as Terminal A).
Terminal A handles shuttle services to Boston, Chicago and Washington for Delta and houses the airport’s General Aviation Facility. Once called the Overseas Terminal, A was the original airport terminal serving flying international flying boats through the 1940s when aviation was still in its infancy.
MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR: Meet your Chauffeur as you walk to baggage claim in most terminals. Chauffeurs generally congregate at the base of the escalators, holding their passenger greeting signs. In Terminal A, you will meet your Chauffeur as you proceed to the exit doors near baggage claim. Carefully observe the baggage claim signs from the jet way to baggage claim; walkways and escalators do not always put you in the correct baggage claim area.

The airport has 19 hangars and seven fixed base operators. TEB records more than 200,000 flights each year. An Aviation Hall of Fame of New Jersey is located on the airport grounds.
MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR: Strict security regulations are now in place at all fixed base operators. We need the passenger’s name and the tail number of the aircraft to be admitted through security on outbound and inbound flights. We will meet you outside the FBO office after you have left your plane.

Trains
There are three major train stations that serve the New York area: Penn Station in downtown Newark, and Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal in midtown New York City. Parking is virtually impossible at all three terminals. We have established a system where passengers are asked to call our office when they arrive. They are given a pickup location and the chauffeur is instructed to pick them up. Most pickups are made within 5 to 10 minutes after the call.
Newark Penn Station
Newark Penn Station is located on Raymond Plaza West and Market Street in Newark, NJ. The circa 1935 building is served by the Newark Light Rail, New Jersey commuter rail, Amtrak long distance trains, path rapid transit system and local, regional and national bus services. For business travelers in northern New Jersey, it is the major hub for trains throughout the Northeast corridor, stretching from Boston to Washington.
MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR: Parking is prohibited outside the station. Our Chauffeurs generally park a few blocks away. When our passenger calls, the Dispatcher sends the car to Raymond Plaza West where pickups are made from a small concrete island outside the main entrance to the station.
New York Penn Station
New York Penn Station is located on a full city block bounded by Seventh and Eighth Avenues and 31st and 33rd Streets. Penn Station is the major intercity train station and a major commuter rail hub in New York City. It is one of the busiest rail stations in the world and a hub for inbound and outbound railroad traffic in New York.
Penn Station is at the center of the Northeast Corridor, an electrified passenger rail line extending south to Washington and north to Boston. Intercity trains are operated by Amtrak, while commuter rail services are operated by the along Island Rail Road and New Jersey Transit. The station is also served by six New York City Subway routes.
MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR: Call our Dispatch Desk when you disembark from your train. You will be directed to a street location where your chauffeur will pick you up.
Grand Central Terminal
Grand Central Terminal is located at 42nd Street and Park Avenue. The New York landmark is the largest train station in the world by number of platforms, 44 with 67 tracks along them. The terminal covers an area of 48 acres. It is an excellent example of the beaux-arts architecture and is considered an artistic treasure. It is a U.S. Historic and New York City Landmark.
The terminal serves commuters traveling on the Metro North Railroad to Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties in New York, and Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut.
MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR : Call our Dispatch Desk and you will be directed to a specific location for a curbside pickup.

MEETING YOUR CHAUFFEUR: When you make your pickup reservation, you must give us an approximate time when you will disembark. This is usually two hours after you dock. You should call our Dispatch Desk with your pickup location at the dock and our Chauffeur will pick you up.
