Since our founding in 1984, Perfect Limo has built its business with the needs of corporate travellers in mind. This marketing practice ranges from the type of vehicles in our fleet to our back office dispatching and administration systems to the way we select and train chauffeurs. Our goal is simple: Be early for the pickup, treat the corporate executive as a guest in our car and transport him/her in comfort and safety via the most direct route to their destination.
Our Corporate Fleet

The flagship of our fleet is the Lincoln Town Sedan L-Class with extended legroom in the passenger compartment. The pull-down armrest also includes passenger controls for the vehicle audio system and climate control. The L-Class sedan gives you the feel of a true limousine without the extra expense. This vehicle seats three passengers comfortably.
For a larger number of passengers and extra baggage space, we offer the Cadillac Escalade ESV sport utility vehicle. This majestic vehicle can seat six with luggage. It has a full-leather interior, high-end audio system, sophisticated climate-control system and four-wheel drive. One of our Escalades is a fuel-efficient Hybrid. The engine is so quiet, you do not even think it is running.
Other corporate vehicles include 14-passenger vans, 12-passenger stretch Navigator and 14-passenger luxury limobus. For large meetings, we can provide buses to transport as many as 61 people.
Our Chauffeurs
Our chauffeurs are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Each one has undergone an extensive federal and state background check certified by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. They undergo pre-employment and random substance abuse tests. Their motor vehicle record and driver’s license status is checked periodically.
All chauffeurs go through our own in-house training program that includes motor vehicle law, safety, passenger protocol and operation of the vehicle. Our trainer must certify all chauffeurs before they are permitted to drive a passenger.
Your Profile
When you become a Perfect Limo passenger, we construct a profile of your traveling preferences and store it securely in our computers. When you call to make a reservation, we access your profile and complete the reservation quickly. We then e-mail you a confirmation of your trip. Once you have completed your trip, we automatically e-mail you a credit card receipt for your expense account.
When you are returning from a trip, we utilize sophisticated flight tracking software to track your flight. If you are late or early, we will be there waiting for you.
Your Safety and Confidentiality
Above everything else, we want you to be as safe as possible in our vehicles. We inspect our vehicles daily and maintain them. We have a complete schedule of tire rotations, tire replacements, detailing and fluid changes.
All vehicles are equipped with GPS devices that allow us to track the location of your car every two minutes. All vehicles are equipped with DriveCam, a video and audio recorder that is triggered by sudden stops, speeding and impacts. This makes a video record of any unusual situations.
We use Nextel push-to-talk radios/cell phones to maintain constant communication. All vehicles have first aid kits, flares and safety triangles.
We respect your confidentiality. Our chauffeurs are instructed never to discuss aspects of any ride that we do.
Billing Options
We ask for a credit card and charge the cost of a ride the day after the ride. Upon request, we can establish direct bill privileges and can even bill by internal department code for simplified accounting. If you are interested, call and ask us for a direct bill application.
Our Affiliate Network
We spent two years establishing our own affiliate network, and we believe it is one of the best in our industry. When you book a reservation, we can also set up transportation for you at your destination throughout the United States, Canada, Latin and South America and Europe. You will be billed for all of your trips through us.
