Planning the Wedding

Wedding planning starts when you meet with one of our certified wedding specialists. We get basic information about the wedding: planned date, locations, size of wedding party and special requests. We recommend a number of vehicles and then invite you to inspect our vehicles. Once plans are finalized, we prepare a detailed agenda and wedding contract to guarantee availability of your vehicles. We also ask if we can help you with your bachelor/bachelorette parties.

During the period before the wedding, we are in frequent touch to further confirm details and answer any questions. Several days prior to the wedding, we check once again with you to make sure nothing has changed.

Wedding Day Activity

On wedding day, the assigned vehicles are thoroughly detailed. The vehicles are stocked with water, soda and ice as well as a complimentary bottle of champagne. Our champagne glasses are sparkling. Our chauffeurs, who wear tuxedos, are friendly and excited about sharing your special day.

Vehicles arrive at each wedding venue early for photography. They depart in plenty of time to get you to the wedding venue.

At the Church

At the church, chauffeurs help the wedding party out of the vehicles and into the church. After the wedding, a red carpet and a champagne toast awaits the newlyweds outside the limo. It always makes a great picture! The bridal party is then driven either to a park for more pictures or directly to the reception hall.

After the Wedding

After the wedding, we can provide honeymoon transportation at a discounted price. We also survey the wedding couple to make sure everything went according to their expectations.

Post Reception

We can easily handle your post reception transportation needs. We can transport two people to 200 people just as easily through a variety of our vehicles.
